So today the boys and I went and bought some rain boots. They were soo excited picking them out and couldn't wait to get home and try them out. We got home, got changed into play clothes and outside we went. We have a really big puddle in our yard and at the end of the driveway.
Hunter walked right in, Kyler followed and Walker stayed on the outskirts of the puddle. Walker decided that they puddles weren't as fun as he thought they would be and got on the swing and Kyler followed.
And everyone was happy until there was a fall or two into the puddle in the yard. Hunter fell and started to cry because he couldn't get up because it was too cold and then Kyler started to fall and caught himself, causing the water to splash him in the face...or as he says, "Water in my nose!"
We were outside for all of five minutes and then everyone was ready to go in, strip down and get in the bath!!! But, they want to go back out and give it another try tomorrow and laughed about how things went today.
