We will definitely go FSBO again...it took a bit longer, but only because I think it was supposed to be sold at that most perfect time.
We also put postings on Craigslist.com, eielsonforsale.com, and ahrn.com (all free and the last two target the military market). Best of luck and I sure hope it goes as smooth for you as it did for us!
